Terms of Use

Effective 10 September 2026

These terms cover your use of keba, an iPhone app that plans a week of dinners and writes your shopping list. keba is made by Emre Berk (“we”, “us”). By using keba, you agree to these terms.

Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to keba. These terms add to it.

Always check ingredients yourself. keba removes recipes that contain the allergens you tell it about, but it can’t guarantee a dish is safe for you. Brands differ, products can contain traces, and mistakes happen. If you have a serious allergy, read every label.

Prices are estimates

Costs in keba are estimates based on typical prices. They are not live prices from your supermarket, and what you pay at the checkout will differ.

Supermarkets

Supermarket names are there so you can tell us where you shop. keba is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any supermarket.

Pictures

Dish pictures are illustrations made with the help of AI. Your dinner may look different.

Using keba fairly

Don’t copy or resell keba’s recipes or pictures, scrape or overload our server, try to get around the subscription, or reverse-engineer the app. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Our content

The app, its recipes, text and pictures belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may use them for your own household, not commercially.

Changes and availability

We work to keep keba running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top; using keba after a change means you accept it.

Liability

keba is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for keba in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be excluded by agreement.

Stopping

You can stop using keba at any time. Cancel your subscription in Settings, and tap Delete my data in Profile to remove your data from our server (see the Privacy Policy).
